The U.S. Probation Office for the Southern District of California strive to procure and maintain quality treatment services for federal offenders who are ordered by the court to participate in substance abuse, mental health or sex offender-specific treatment. Our goal is to work closely with treatment providers to identify the most appropriate services, and to administer them in a fiscally responsible manner, in an effort to both reduce recidivism, and to address the treatment needs of this population. Together we can make a positive difference in the lives of those we serve.
Using Electronic Reporting System (ERS)
ERS can support communication between treatment providers and the U.S. Probation and Pretrial Services office. A treatment provider's account must be set up through the U.S. Probation and Pretrial Services office. Once an account is set up, it can be used to communicate through a secure email and to submit invoices.
Treatment providers can access the ERS console login by clicking here.
Please refer to the treatment providers' User Guide for instructions on how to utilize ERS.
